What is your return policy?

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to return your order, no questions asked — as provided by EU consumer law. Items should be unused and, where possible, in their original packaging. See our Return Policy for the full process.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and the express payment methods shown at checkout (Apple Pay / Google Pay where available). Checkout runs on Shopify's encrypted payment gateway — we never see or store your card details.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Write to us as soon as possible (ideally within 12 hours of ordering). If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll change or cancel it at no cost. If it's already on the way, you can still use your 14-day return right once it arrives.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to Spain, the United States and most of Latin America. Costs and delivery estimates are always shown at checkout before you pay.

How long does shipping take?

We prepare your order in 1-2 business days and delivery takes 7-15 business days depending on your location — always with a tracking number included so you know where it is at every step.

Can I track my order?

Yes — every order ships with tracking. You'll get the tracking number by email as soon as your package is on the move, and you can also check it any time on our Track Order page.

How does Estella pick the products?

With her nose, on real walks around Madrid. If a product doesn't solve a real problem in her daily routine — walks, car trips, muddy paws — it doesn't make it into the shop. That's why our catalogue is small on purpose.

What if my dog isn't convinced?

Write to us at estellabeagle@gmail.com and we'll sort it out: exchange, help, or refund within your 14-day window. Estella personally insists on it 🐾
