1. Who we are

2. Products and prices

All prices shown include VAT where applicable. Prices in other currencies are calculated at current exchange rates at checkout. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors; if this happens after your order, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel with a full refund.

3. Orders and payment

Payment is processed through Shopify's encrypted checkout (major cards, PayPal and the express payment methods shown at checkout). Your order is confirmed by email once payment is accepted.

4. Shipping

See our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery: 7-15 business days with tracking.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. See the Return Policy for the full process.

6. Warranty

All products carry the legal conformity warranty under Spanish and EU consumer law (3 years for products purchased from January 2022 in Spain). If a product is faulty or does not match its description, contact us and we will repair, replace, or refund it.

7. Disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. As an EU consumer you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
