We prepare your order within 1-2 business days. Delivery takes 7-15 business days depending on your location.

• Tracking included: every order ships with a tracking number, sent to your email as soon as it's on the move. You can also check it any time on our Track Order page.
• Coverage: we currently ship to Spain, the United States and most of Latin America. If your country doesn't appear at checkout, write to us.
• Costs: shipping costs (if any) are always shown at checkout before you pay — no surprises.
• Customs: for deliveries outside the EU, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
