Returns & Withdrawal (EU)
You have 14 calendar days from the day you (or someone you designate) receive your order to withdraw from the purchase, no explanations needed, as provided by EU consumer law and the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.
How to start a return
- Write to us at estellabeagle@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order number.
- We will reply with the return instructions and address.
- Send the item back unused, in its original packaging where possible. Direct return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once the return is received (or you provide proof of shipment), we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method you used.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will fix it at no cost to you: replacement, exchange or full refund — Estella personally insists on it 🐾
